  • Gratitude Breath Beads ~ you can carry with yourself all day—Move the first bead to the other side of the bracelet as you breathe in deep through your nose for a count of 4. Hold for 4, then exhale through your mouth for a count of 4. Do the same with each bead, focusing on your breath. When you move the odd bead, take a moment to give gratitude to something you are thankful for, feeling the gratitude deep in your soul. Complete 2 rounds, 3x per day
